Design Fees
My services are aimed primarily at well established agents and brokerages for whom performance and lead generation are more important concerns than cost. I devote about a month to each project and usually have a three to six month waiting list. New agents usually cannot afford my services.
Custom designed sites with fully integrated IDX: site design/hosting fees, including including home page copywriting, full site set-up, integrated IDX programming and one year of hosting with IDX, currently range from $US9000 + credit card processing fees, if applicable. (Subject to change without notice.) Broker or agent will be responsible for paying any costs for subscribing to a RETs feed from your MLS board.
A custom designed site with comparable features (not including the premium blog listing service) will cost $20,000-$25,000 from Real Estate Webmasters or $11,995 to $14,995 from Sierra Interactive.
A premium blog listing servicecan be added to your site (it is not available as a stand-alone service). It automatically posts new listings to your blog is available only to one agent in each market area and costs $2650 for the first year and $1025 each year after + credit card processing fees, if applicable.
Point2Agent: I currently offer Point2agent Web site design packages only to my agents in Canada as I no longer feel Point2agent is a competitive platform for U.S. agents.
My deluxe package can later be upgraded. It includes home page copywriting, custom header graphics, footer design, full home page design with lead-generation features highlighted by custom graphics, home page copywriting, search engine optimization and more.
My premium package adds extra features including custom forms, a custom map, blog customization, an interactive menu and limited search engine optimization services. Wordpress blog setup and customization is available to those who choose from my Premium + Wordpress packages or Premium + Wordpress + IDX packages.
What's next? I don't publish my fees online because each client's needs are different. Many clients tell me that they learned a lot about Web marketing just from their initial conversations with me.
