REALTOR® bill hudson's new site features
multiple level dropdown/flyout menus
BillHudsonRealtor.com covers several cities south of Atlanta. To break MLS searches up into manageable "bites" he has assembled numerous filtered search results pages. We used a dropdown/flyout menu to make them all accessible throughout the site.
flat fee brokerage site requires radical shift in creative strategy
Margery Stern's site Northern Virginia real estate site required a 180 degree shift from its former creative strategy. During design development, I shifted CustomServiceRealty.com's previous image of luxurious customized service to an emphasis on savings. It was also designed to visually connect with Margery's engineering-oriented clientele.
