We added a fun tagline — "Stop leasing your life and live rent-free" — engaging home page text, and trendy graphics styled to appeal to his young target audience. With just a click, the site visitor can turn the "My Last Rent Check" page to reveal an invitation to join one Kevin's classes for first-time homebuyers. In addition to information useful for first-time buyers, Kevin has added compelling buyer incentives, 0% down financing and commission rebate offers which should help ensure that his new site will bring him lots of leads.
